What are Aretos pieces

made from?

Our pieces are mostly gold and silver plated. Our necklace cords on the other hand are made from real suede.

However, we are striving to provide solid gold and sterling silver in the future for those who would like to invest in unique, stand-out pieces.

How should I care for my

Aretos pieces?

Please never wear your jewelry while swimming, bathing, exercising, in saunas or steam rooms.

Only put on your jewelry after you have applied perfume, hair, and beauty products. Consider your jewelry as a finishing touch, the cherry on top.

Do not apply water or use any jewelry cleaning products as those can be harsh and may damage the pieces. Please use a dry, soft cloth instead.

We suggest to keep your jewelry in a safe, dry place.

I love it but I’m not in-love with it. Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely, we understand these things can happen. Simply ensure the item is in its original condition with it’s complete packaging.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 5 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items nor are we unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings due to hygienic reasons.

Although we check all our items before shipment, in the case the item you receive is defective, we may consider returns on earrings.

To process a return, please contact aretosstudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will then advise our returning address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.

The customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.

We will also not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using a reliable shipping service.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued an exchange of the same value or credit within 10 working days.
